With our PDF file downloads, a full refund will be provided, upon customer request, if the download link has not been used. The request must be made within 72 hours from the time of purchase. To request a refund, please email greenshortzdiy@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund.” The refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the initial purchase. Once the PDF file has been downloaded, a refund will no longer be provided. Once you’ve got the plans, the power to print rests solely in your hands. Use it wisely. 🙂
